Trail well marked and secured with ropes.
Very steep sections with ropes.
The start of the hike is in the village, at a massage center.
Departure recommended around 6 am to avoid the heat and have the chance to be alone at the top.
Go up until you find a white building with an antenna and solar panels.
Go around to the left. There is a sign indicating the start of the trek.
Follow the shaded track for about 300m, until you reach an antenna. Go behind it on the left and follow the white arrow-shaped signs. The trail starts to get a little bit steeper. Then you quickly get to a nice viewpoint over the village, its beautiful protestant church, the lagoon and the pass in the background.
Continue the ascent by following the arrows and orange marks. When arriving to a large tree, do not continue straight ahead but climb on your left. After about 30min of ascent, you reach at the first ropes, which are the begining of some very steep sections to the top.
The first series of ropes brings you to the foot of a large rock. Keep going up. Take the right path to go up on the rock and enjoy an incredible panoramic view.
Return to the main trail, then after a few ropes you finally get to the top. Exceptional panoramic view of the lagoon, the cliffs and the pass. Be careful if you suffer from vertigo.
On the way down, be careful when arriving at the rock, stay on the left to come aorund the rock and find the ropes. A little lower after the last ropes, stay on the right and do not go down to the left.
